Сегодня, в деталях спора, пришло:

Вроде предлагают полный возврат. Я написал в ответе, что согласен с первым вариантом.

После появилось сообщение от продавца с его предложением ($0).

Нужно ли отвечать, или можно игнорировать его ответ?

Добрый день. Прошу помощи. Веду спор с продавцом о непришедшей посылке RR333928445HU.

Дело дошло до обострения спора. Площадка прислала запрос:

"According to the shipping information (tracking no. RR333928445HU, tracking website: http://www.17track.net/zh-cn/track?nums=RR333928445HU&fc=0 latest status:2016-05-01 17:11 Mr Lc Vnukovo Cex-1 102976, Customs clearance, Released by custom house ), the package stay in your local custom and delayed the delivery. Normally it would be detained because: 1. Certain required document is missing, such as invoice, import license or certification etc.; 2. Penalty caused by wrong customs value; 3. Violation of intellectual property rights or counterfeit products; 4. Non-government institute detains the shipment; 5. Against of your local regulations; 6. Customs clearance delay. Please provide evidence to clarify the detained reason. Please notice that it is the buyer's duty to do normal customs clearance and pay the tax."

Я так понимаю они считают что посылку задержала таможня и просят разьяснений.

Но последний статус "Customs clearance, Released by custom house" Выпущено таможней.

Ума не приложу как сформулировать ответ и что приложить в качестве доказательства.
