Доброго времени суток. Подскажите, все материалы в диспуте приложил ( фото, вторичный анпак (так как первый не сделал по глупости). Вот текст диспута:

Dear friend, I have received a parcel with a track number RA189901522FI. But in the parcel was not the product that I ordered. There was another item. In the snapshot I noted the parameters of the ordered items. Necessary parameters: Iphone 5, White, 16 gb, weight 0,378 kg. But received item has following characteristics: Vell-com i6s, weight 0,258 kg. Please look at the photos and video I attached to the dispute. Because of the big difference of items, please make a refund in 130$. Best regards, Kirill.

Please show us the shipping label under the logistics waybill and expose another logistics waybill under it on the package, which includes the tracking number and package weight. Notices: Do not forget or modify the required evidence.

ВОПРОС: 1. записать на видео процесс отклейки феном "waybill" или просто фото? Или и то, и то?

2. Может как-то повлиять на исход диспута мой Рейтинг А4 на Али с общей суммой покупок свыше 3000$ ?
