Venomi, Спасибо большое)) А то я в замешательстве, раньше без проблем возвращали или продавец или али, только это было после продления защиты, а тут прод не продлил и срок не большой для али.

Venomi, спор они без моего согласия не закроют?

Venomi, так я 8 октября заказ делала, мне пришли уже все посылки которые я 28 октября заказывала

Подскажите пожалуйста как дальше поступить, всегда споры одобряли, а тут ..) Ситуация такая - посылка отправлена, трек код отслеживается, заказ я сделала 08.10. , он вылетел 28.10 из Китая и тишина, продавец не отвечал на сообщения, срок защиты почти истек, он его не продлил , ну и я открыла спор на полный возврат. Ещё прод отправил Почтой Китая, хотя указал что отправит Епакет.

Спор обострился и али написало вот такой текст:

Мне нужно ждать 9 дней, а потом али само примет решение по моему трек коду? Если через 9 дней товар будет до сих пор в транзите вернуть деньги, а если придет то закроют спор в пользу продавца? Я правильно все поняла? И ещё мне написали ждать до 6 декабря, а там указано окончание спора 2-ого.

Получилось не с первого раза. Сначала опять не отправлялось ничего, зеленая кнопка не реагировала. Удалила написанное, потом снова заполнила абзацы тем же текстом с фото...И неожиданно отправилось.

Число с количеством требуемых знаков, кстати, уменьшалось с набором текста, а не так, как на планшете было.

я и с телефона и с планшета пробывала, не отправлялось, но потом с планшета все таки отправилось, глюки просто)
