У продавана стоит срок 50 дней. Администрация предлагает урегулировать вопрос с продаваном и ждать до 10 января, а срок защиты прод сам продлил.

Вот что администрация написала мне:

PS: If there’s any agreement reached with the supplier before this case is closed, please provide your supportive evidence on the complaint center. Or AliExpress shall have the right to proceed to handle the Claim based on the supporting documents available and/or the settlement terms reached in the Order Messages within the Time Limit between the Buyer and the Supplier.

Здравствуйте, сделал заказ 10.10 трек RJ203343521CN. До сих пор посыль в Китае. Спор открыл и уже обострил, мне предлагают ждать до 1 января, но помоему это бред, что скажете?

Продаван говорит что нужно еще немного подождать, но я ведь взрослый человек и понимаю, что ждать нечего и нужно действовать, но как?
