Venomi, Заказала платье,Заявленному не соответсвует.Открыла спор на возврат полной суммы,продавец согласилдся только на 2$,я обострила спор.Теперь они требуют доказательства.Я приложила фото,на котором видно что оно действительно не похоже,но им этого мало.Что делать?
