Написал продавцу. И вот что он ответил. Это обычное дело или меня пытаются обмануть?

Продавец дал другой трек, по нему все идет туда, куда нужно.

Здравствуйте.

Та же проблема. Продавец дал трек RS142434283NL.

По нему посылка ушла в Испанию. Какие рекомендации можете дать в моем случае?
